Children's Class

Tae Kwon Do is an excellent martial art/sport for children to participate and compete in. In recent years Tae Kwon Do has become a safe Olympic sport designed to be accessible by all people including children. Tae Kwon Do training is a great way to instill the values of discipline and confidence in a young mind. If children put forth a good effort they can expect to see an improved physical condition and improved coordination. With most children parents will also notice improved discipline, respect, and confidence in their child.

Emphasis will also be placed on teaching students how to spar and defend themselves against grabs and punches.

Intensive Training (Tuesday, Thursday)

This is an excellent set of classes for adults who want to take full advantage of the physical training offered in martial arts. These classes are a half hour longer than the standard adult class and have more emphasis on conditioning and fast paced training. If one wishes to compete in tournaments or serve on a demonstration team these classes are a great opportunity.

Form Applications (Monday 7:30-8:30)

This class will also feature traditional body hardening exercises so that your blocks and punches become true weapons. Due to the demanding nature of this class you must be at least 15 years old to participate and must have demonstrated correct attitude and mindset during regular classes.
